Since January 1, 1999, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia has been an organizational member of the world's first non-governmental and non-political organization: the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP).

The mission and objectives of the Association are:

• Protection of human rights: Ensuring the rule of law and promoting justice.
• Uniform standards: Applying universal standards for criminal prosecution.
• Fair investigation: Guaranteeing the objective, impartial, and effective investigation of criminal cases.
• Effective fight: Strengthening the fight against crime by providing informational support to prosecutors.

The IAP carries out its mission through the following formats, in which the RA Prosecutor General's Office actively participates:

• Organizing annual and regional conferences on pressing issues.
• Conducting numerous professional programs.
• Publishing and providing IAP journals and annual reports to its members.
