Two land plots with a total area of 1.75 ha and a value of approximately AMD 119 million, located in the “Dilijan” National Park, have been returned to the possession of the Republic of Armenia. Prosecutor General’s Office

The Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region, within the scope of its authority to bring claims for the protection of state interests, had filed claims with the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals, demanding the compulsory termination of the right of development over land plots measuring 0.5 ha and 1.25 ha, respectively, located in the “Dilijan” National Park and having an approximate cadastral value close to their market value of AMD 119,600,000.

The judgments of the Anti-Corruption Court dated 23 and 24 July 2026 granting the aforementioned claims have entered into legal force. The land plots measuring 0.5 ha and 1.25 ha, located in the “Dilijan” National Park, have been returned to the possession of the Republic of Armenia.
