Following a examination conducted within the scope of its authority to bring claims for state (community) interests protection, the Prosecutor's Office Tavush region, on 22 June 2026, filed a statement of claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against “Ara & Aytsemnik” CJSC, a company owned by the family of Manvel Grigoryan demanding to declare invalid the auction whereby the real estate located at 27 Maksim Gorky street, Dilijan, Tavush region, with a cadastral value approximating its market value of AMD 189,903,000, and to apply the legal consequences of invalidity, with the aim of returning the property to the community.

On 1 July 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the claim for proceedings and granted an interim measure, prohibiting “Ara & Aytsemnik” CJSC from alienating or pledging the above-mentioned real estate by any means pending the resolution of the case.
