The Prosecutor's Office demands to return of residential houses and buildings illegally owned by "Multi Group" Concern LLC in the coastal area of Sevan to the Republic of Armenia; the claim of state interests has been accepted for court proceedings
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for court proceedings the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office against "Beghlu" CJSC, the State Property Management Committee, Gagik Tsarukyan, "Multi Group" Concern LLC, "Sevan" National Park" SNCO (hereinafter referred to as the SNCO) on declaring invalid the contract N 111-2 dated November 29, 1996.
As a result, the Prosecutor General's Office demands to declare invalid:
· The state registration of the right based on the contract for a land plot with an area of 1.21 hectares and a wooden house N 7 with an area of 60 square meters;
· The real estate purchase and sale agreement signed between "Beghlu" CJSC and Gagik Tsarukyan on September 8, 2000;
· The agreement of January 12, 2001 on amending the above-mentioned agreement;
· The lease agreement signed between the SNCO and "MULTI GROUP" CONCERN LLC on November 25, 2025 under registry number N 4462 and the state registration of the right made on November 28, 2025.
As a result, the land plot with an area of 0.29114 hectares, the buildings and structures built on the land plot, namely, residential houses with an area of 425.12 square meters, a dock with an area of 23.04 square meters, and a fence with an area of 100.8 square meters, were returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia from the illegal possession of "Multi Group" Concern LLC.
The Anti-Corruption Court granted the Prosecutor's Office's request to apply a measure of security for the claim: the defendant was prohibited from performing such actions that would lead to a change in the owner of the properties specified in the claim or a change in their actual condition.
