Poland has granted the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia: wanted person extradited to the competent authorities of the Republic of Armenia
The competent authorities of Poland granted the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia and extradited the wanted person, G.K., to the competent authorities of Armenia.
G.K. is accused of unlawfully obtaining access to information stored in a computer network as part of an organised group, causing significant damage to the victim; using a special malicious program with the intention of unlawfully modifying information stored in a computer network, acting as a group of persons by prior agreement and for pecuniary motives; committing, through the use of computer technology and as part of an organised group, theft of another person’s property on an especially large scale; and laundering, as part of an organised group, proceeds obtained through criminal means on an especially large scale.
Pursuant to an instruction of the Prosecutor General’s Office, officers of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ensured G.K.’s transfer to Yerevan.
