On 12 March 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against the Yeghegnadzor community of Vayots Dzor region and an individual, demanding to declare invalid the auction of a land plot held on 29 September 2006 and to apply the consequences of invalidity.

The claim brought by the Prosecutor General’s Office for the protection of state interests was granted by the Anti-Corruption Court in its judgment of 17 February 2026. By the judgment, the auction held on 29 September 2006 in respect of the 0.03 ha land plot located on 7th street in the village of Malishka, Yeghegnadzor community, Vayots Dzor region, was declared invalid and, as a consequence of the invalidity, inter alia, the state registration of ownership rights in the name of the individual was declared invalid.

Pursuant to the court judgment, which has entered into legal force, on 25 August 2026, the ownership right of the Yeghegnadzor community of Vayots Dzor region was registered with the Cadastre Committee in respect of the 0.03 ha land plot, with a cadastral value approximating its market value of AMD 237,000.
