On June 19, 2026, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a petition to the Ministry of Environment and the "Sevan National Park" SNCO to take measures to terminate the contract for the provision of the right to develop a 3,000-square-meter plot of land, which is state property, signed on March 19, 2008 between the "Sevan National Park" SNCO and the LLC.

The information provided to the Prosecutor General's Office by "Sevan National Park" SNCO shows that the mentioned area has been completely covered with water since 2011, and the contract is registered as terminated in the SNCO. At the same time, information received from the Cadastre Committee revealed that state registration of the termination of the contract was made.

On the ground of the petition of the Prosecutor General's Office, the "Sevan National Park" SNCO submitted an application to the Cadastre Committee for the state registration of the termination of the right arising from the right to construction.

According to the reference provided by the Cadastre Committee on July 22, 2026, the right arising from the contract for the construction of a land plot with an area of ​​​​3,000 square meters was terminated by state registration.
