On 19 June 2026, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a motion to the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia and the “Sevan” National Park SNCO demanding that measures be taken to terminate the construction right agreement concluded on 9 July 2008 between the “Sevan” National Park SNCO and a private individual concerning the grant of a construction right over a 3,400 sq.m state-owned land plot.

Based on the motion submitted by the Prosecutor General’s Office, the “Sevan” National Park SNCO applied to the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia for the state registration of the termination of the construction right.

According to the certificate issued by the Cadastre Committee on 22 July 2026, the right arising from the construction right agreement in respect of the 3,400 -sq. m land plot has been terminated through state registration.
