Based on settlement agreements concluded between the Prosecutor’s Office and four individuals as part of the protection of state interests, four plots of land located in the Mrgashen settlement, with a total area of 21.12 hectares and a market value of AMD 341 million 686 thousand, will be returned to Nor Hachn Community in Kotayk Region.
By the decisions dated September 16, 2026, the court approved the settlement agreements concluded between the parties.
