On March 18, 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against a natural person, a third party, with a demand to terminate the individual's right to build on a plot of land with an area of ​​201.6 square meters located at 1/61 Ankakhutyun Street, Ijevan community, Tavush Region. The cadastral value of the plot, approximated to the market value, is AMD 1 million 377 thousand.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of May 11, 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted, the individual's right to build on a plot of land located at 1/61 Ankakhutyun Street was terminated.

Based on the application of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Cadastre Committee terminated the right of an individual to develop the land plot on August 25, 2026. The land plot was returned to Ijevan community.

To date the following 16 plots of land located in Ijevan town park area have been returned to the ownership of the Ijevan community of Tavush Region:

2. A plot of land with an area of ​​208 square meters located at 9 Taterakan Street,

3. A plot of land with an area of ​​0.04 hectares located at 1/30 Valans Street,

4. A plot of land with an area of ​​19 square meters located at 18 Taterakan Street,

5. A plot of land with an area of ​​350.1 square meters located at 18/7 Taterakan Street,

6. A plot of land with an area of ​​19.8 square meters located at 18/5 Taterakan Street,

7. A plot of land with an area of ​​436 square meters located at 1/55 Ankakhutyan Street,

8. A land plot located at 1/29 Valans Street with an area of ​​0.06 ha,

9. A land plot located at 1/62 Ankakhutyun Street with an area of ​​0.001 ha,

10. A land plot located at 1/54 Ankakhutyun Street with an area of ​​436.8 square meters,

11. A land plot located at 1/41 Ankakhutyun Street with an area of ​​1500 square meters,

12. A land plot located at 18/6 Taterakan Street with an area of ​​0.03 ha,

13. A land plot located at 1/27 Valans Street with an area of ​​0.03 ha,

14. A land plot located at 1/28 Valans Street with an area of ​​351 square meters,

15. A land plot located at 18/3 Taterakan Street with an area of ​​18 square meters,

16. A land plot located at 18/2 Taterakan Street with an area of 12-square-meter plot of land.

In addition, as a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the 0.03-hectare plot of land adjacent to the fountains of the city park was returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
