During the 1st half of 2026, the amount of money returned to the state and community by final judicial act in lawsuits for the protection of state and community interests in Ararat region has amounted to AMD 70 million 626 thousand.

 The amount of money recovered for damage caused to the state, community, and organizations having state and community participation through criminal proceedings, as well as through the use of prosecutorial influence measures, amounted to AMD 51 million 930 thousand.

In particular, during the 1st half of 2026, among other things,  as a result of prosecutorial action, Ararat community returned to its possession a land plot of 1280 square meters located at Shahumyan 36/5, a land plot of 2100 square meters located at the address Aygi 6, as well as a land plot of 591 square meters located at the address Aygi 1/1 in the city park area. The total cadastral value of the land plots, approximated to the market value, is AMD 7 million 455 thousand.

During the 1st half of 2026, the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region submitted 32 criminal proceedings with indictments for grave crimes to the court, and 10 criminal proceedings for particularly grave crimes.

 19 guilty verdicts for grave crime and 2 guilty verdicts for particularly grave crime have entered into legal force.
