On 26 June 2026, within the framework of its powers to protect state (community) interests, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against Sevan community and a private individual, demanding to declare invalid the auctions held on 30 December 2009 and the sale and purchase agreements concluded on the basis thereof, concerning a 1,240 sq. m land plot located at 8, 2^nd Lane, 11^th street, Chkalovka community, with an estimated cadastral value close to its market value of AMD 982,080, and a 3,000 sq. m land plot located at 3, 2^nd Lane, 11^th street, Chkalovka community, with an estimated cadastral value close to its market value of AMD 2,376,000.

By a judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court dated 7 October 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office was granted.

Once the judicial act enters into legal force, the two land plots with a total area of 3,240 sq. m will be returned to Chkalovka community, Gegharkunik region.
