On December 27, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against an LLC, with a CJSC as a third party, seeking the compulsory termination of the ownership registration made in 2025 in respect of three land plots with a total area of 5.9 hectares.

By its judgment of July 31, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court approved the settlement agreement concluded between the Prosecutor General’s Office, the LLC, and the CJSC.

Pursuant to the judgment that has entered into legal force, on September 25, 2026, the ownership right of the Berd community of Tavush region to the above-mentioned three land plots located in the village of Navur was registered with the Cadastre Committee. The total cadastral value of the land plots is AMD 1,580,000.
