Following an examination conducted within the framework of its powers to file claims for the protection of state (community) interests, on 22 September 2026, the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against “Arsoyl” CJSC and a private individual, demanding to declare invalid the auction of the former Kindergarten No. 9 building located at 37 Gai street, Dilijan, Tavush region, apply the consequences of invalidity, and recover the property from the unlawful possession of another person.

By a decision of the Anti-Corruption Court dated 2 October 2026, the Prosecutor’s Office’s claim was admitted for proceedings, and an interim measure was applied to secure the claim. Any action that could result in a change in the actual or legal status of the property was prohibited, including alienating the property in any manner or mortgaging it.
