Subsequently, “Alumtek” CJSC’s ownership right over the immovable property was registered with the State, and on 18 October 2018, the property, whose market value had been assessed at AMD 793,400,000 on 3 October 2018, was pledged to one of the banks operating in the Republic of Armenia in exchange for AMD 50 million.
Based on the results of the examination conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office, a report on a crime was submitted, on the basis whereof criminal proceedings were initiated by the Anti-Corruption Committee in connection with cases of possible abuse of official powers and official forgery by public officials.
At the same time, within the scope of its powers to initiate claims for the protection of state interests, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan filed a claim with the Administrative Court, demandimng to have the State registration of “Kanaz” OJSC’s ownership right over the kindergarten, dated 25 June 2003, declared null and void, as well as the subsequent transactions and state registrations carried out on its basis.
On 10 August 2026, the Administrative Court admitted the Prosecutor’s Office’s claim for examination.
