The Prosecutor General’s Office had reported that, by its judgment of 10 October 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office for confiscation of property of illicit origin filed against the heirs of Manvel Grigoryan, former Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, and persons affiliated with him.

Appeals against the judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court were filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office and the defendants which were partially granted.

The cassation appeals filed against the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 3 July 2026 were not admitted for proceedings by decisions of the Court of Cassation dated 14 October 2026.

Thus, under the judicial act which has entered into legal force, the following will be confiscated from Manvel Grigoryan’s heirs and persons affiliated with him in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 9 immovable properties (as of 2023, the total market value of the immovable properties amounted to AMD 811,400,000);
• 6 movable properties;
• a deposit of AMD 18,371,325;
• a loan receivable of AMD 300,049,322;
• AMD 17,135,233;
• a 15.9456% share in “M-N-G” LLC.

The immovable properties are:

1. the premises at 109/45 Mashtots street, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
2. Residential house No. 3, 1^st dead end, Alaverdyan street, city of Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
3. the partially constructed residential house No.32, 21^st street, Arshaluys community, Armavir region;
4. the residential house at 24/1 V. Sargsyan Street, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
5. the residential house at 1 Andranik district, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
6. the residential house at 262, 1^st Charents district, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
7. the partially constructed residential house at 197 A. Manukyan District, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
8. the land plot designated for public development at 80/2 Z. Andranik Avenue, Microdistrict, Hrazdan, Kotayk region;
9. the land plot No. 4, 17^th street, Arshaluys community, Armavir region.
