Within the framework of a claim for State interests protection, the Prosecutor’s Office examined the cadastral file concerning a 555 sq. m. property that had belonged to Heratsi High School of Yerevan State Medical University but had been alienated 19 years ago in violation of the law, and filed a claim for state interests protection with the competent court.

On 27 August 2026, within the framework of the claim for state interests protection, the Prosecutor’s Office submitted a settlement agreement to the court for approval, with the aim of returning the property to the Republic of Armenia.

By a judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court dated 15 September 2026, the settlement agreement was approved.

On the basis of the approved settlement agreement, on 4 November 2026, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered over the aforementioned property.

A draft decision will be submitted to the Government for approval, with the aim of assigning the property to the State and returning it for the use of Heratsi High School.
