As a result of examinations conducted within the framework of its powers to bring claims for state (community) interests protection, on 14 and 17 August 2026, the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region filed claims with the Anti-Corruption Court against an individual, demanding to declare invalid the transactions for the alienation of immovable properties located within the administrative building of the Achajur Community Municipality and the House of Culture of the Achajur Community and to eliminate the consequences thereof.

During the examination of the claims, settlement agreements were concluded, which were approved by the Court by its judgment of 14 October 2026.

Under the settlement agreements approved by the Court and having entered into legal force, the immovable properties measuring 103.5 sq. m, located within the administrative building of Achajur Village Municipality, and 21.28 sq. m, located within the House of Culture, together with the respective shares in the land plots measuring 0.111 ha and 0.11979 ha occupied by them, will be returned to the Ijevan Community, and the Community’s ownership right thereto will be registered.
