The claim filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Aragatsotn region against Ashtarak community, an LLC and an individual was partially granted by the judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court dated 18 December 2024. By the mentioned judgment, the auction held on 13 July 2017 for the alienation of a 33.681 ha agricultural land plot in Artashavan community of Aragatsotn region was declared invalid.

By the decision of the Court of Cassation dated 30 September 2026, the judgment entered into legal force.

On the basis of an application submitted by the Prosecutor’s Office, ownership rights of Ashtarak community of Aragatsotn region were registered over 18 land plots with a total area of 33.681 ha.

The estimated market value of the land plots is approximately AMD 1,212,516,000, equivalent to USD 3,368,000.
