Based on the petition of the Prosecutor's office of Kotayk Region, the ownership right of the Nor Hachn community to a land plot of 2.2 hectares with a market value of about AMD 93 million 700 thousand was restored.

As a result of an investigation conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk Region within the framework of its authority to file a lawsuit for the protection of state interests, it was established that the auction for the alienation of a land plot of about 2.2 hectares located in the settlement of Nor Artamet of the Nor Hachn community was organized and conducted in violation of the procedure established by the law "On Public Auctions". As a result, the land plot was removed from the balance of the community, and the ownership of an individual was registered in respect of it.

The Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk Region, considering that at the auction for the alienation of M. M.'s land plot, due to the fact that Nor Hachn was recognized as the winner in significant violation of the law, Nor Hachn submitted a petition to the head of the community in order to take measures to restore the community's ownership of the land plot.

Based on the petition, as a result of the state registration conducted at the Cadastre Committee on September 11, 2026, the ownership of the Nor Hachn community was registered for a land plot of about 2.2 hectares with a market value of about AMD 93 million 700 thousand.
