Another claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office has been granted. Once the judicial acts enter into legal force, AMD 39,128,615 will be confiscated in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office had filed claims with the Anti-Corruption Court against an individual, demanding the compensation of damage caused to the State as a result of unpaid tax liabilities.
