By its judgment of 30 October 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the claim filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office against Hrazdan community and an individual. The judgment declared invalid the sale and purchase agreement of 29 May 2007 concerning a 1.35 ha land plot in the Jrarat district of Hrazdan, Kotayk region (currently 36 M. Mkrtchyan street, Tsaghkadzor).

As the return of the property in kind was impossible, the Court, by way of bilateral restitution, ordered the individual to compensate for the difference between the market value of the property and its acquisition price at the time of acquisition, in the amount of AMD 127,531,500.

Once the judgment enters into legal force, AMD 127,531,500 will be returned to Hrazdan community.
