Two premises with a total area of 89.1 sq. m located in the administrative building of Yenokavan settlement have been returned to Ijevan community. Prosecutor General’s Office

On 3 August 2026, the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region, within the scope of its authority to bring claims for the protection of state (community) interests, had filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against Ijevan community, as the legal successor of Yenokavan community, and an individual, demanding to have the auction sales conducted on 10 May 2017 declared invalid and the consequences thereof eliminated.

During the examination of the claim, a settlement agreement was proposed, which was approved by the Court’s judgment of 21 August 2026.

On the basis of the settlement agreement approved by the Court and having entered into legal force, on 11 and 14 September 2026, Ijevan community’s ownership rights were registered in respect of the premises measuring 63.4 sq. m and 25.7 sq. m, located at 41 building, 1st street, buildings 1 and 2, Yenokavan settlement, Ijevan community, within the administrative building of Yenokavan settlement, as well as the 0.0545 ha land plot occupied by them.
