During the 1st half of 2026, the amount of damage caused to the state, community and organizations with state and community participation through criminal proceedings, as well as the use of prosecutorial measures, amounted to AMD 43 million 311 thousand in Tavush region.
In particular, as a result of prosecutorial action, real estates with an area of 31.9 square meters and 9.2 square meters located in the cultural houses of Achajur and Getahovit settlements of the same community were returned to Ijevan community. In addition, as a result of prosecutorial action, the territory of the administrative building of the stadium in Achajur settlement of the same community was returned to Ijevan community with an area of 365.9 square meters.
In the first half of 2026, Prosecutor's Office of Tavush Regional submitted 11 criminal proceedings with indictments to the court for grave crimes, and 6 criminal proceedings for particularly grave crimes.
7 guilty verdicts for grave crimes and 1 guilty verdict for particularly grave crimes entered into legal force.
