The Prosecutor’s Office’s claim for the protection of state interests has been accepted for adjudication by the court. The claim seeks to have the transactions for the alienation of real estate located in the building of the Aghajur Community Municipality

As a result of studies conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tavush Region within the scope of its authority to bring claims for the protection of state interests, on August 14 and 17, 2026, it filed statements of claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against three individuals, seeking to have declared invalid the transactions for the alienation of real estate with a total area of 103.5 sq. m, located within the administrative building of the Aghajur Community Municipality, as well as the transactions for the alienation of real estate with areas of 28.38 sq. m and 21.28 sq. m, located within the Aghajur Community House of Culture, and to eliminate the consequences thereof.

By decisions of the Anti-Corruption Court, the statements of claim filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tavush Region were admitted for consideration, and measures to secure the claims were imposed by prohibiting the disposal of ownership rights over the aforementioned real estate, including their transfer to another person, alienation, or mortgaging.
