On July 7, 2026, the Prosecutor with an approved indictment, submitted to the competent court the materials of the criminal proceedings against 8 persons accused of attempted murder, preparation for murder, illegal possession of weapons, hooliganism and involvement in a criminal subculture in Vanadzor.

The criminal proceedings examined by the Investigative Committee revealed that a group of residents of the town Vanadzor: A. H., H. P., A. Z. nicknamed "Kent", A. A. nicknamed "Best", along with S. D., V. Gh. nicknamed "Vho", E. H. nicknamed "Dono" and Kh. M. have beaten B.A. nicknamed "Bgo", after which, on March 22, 2026, in order to kill B.A., A.H., A.Z. nicknamed "Kent" and E.H. nicknamed "Dono" ambushed and chased the car driven by B.A.'s brother, stopped it and tried to commit the murder with a firearm, but failed to complete the crime.

The same criminal proceedings also revealed that in April 2026, an argument arose between Ar.A. and F.P. in Vanadzor regarding a handshake and a long handshake. In order to resolve the issue, Ar.A., through his son, turned to the aforementioned A.H. and S.D.

F.P., having learned about the above, turned to his close friend Ar.H., a person involved in the implementation of the goals pursued by the criminal subculture group.

On April 23, 2026, at the call of Ar.H., A.H. and S.D. met with Ar.H., Ar.H.’s nephew, and two other people. A.H. and S.D.'s friend Zh.H. drove a car towards Ar.H. and his close friends, trying to hit and injure them, but the latter fled and entered the porch, after which an argument and a fight began. During the argument, A.H. struck Ar.H.'s nephew with a knife he had, intentionally causing minor harm to his health, and Zh.H. fired shots at Ar.H. and his close friends with an illegally carried pistol, after which they left.

After the mentioned incident, tense and hostile relations arose between the above-mentioned persons, as a result of which S.D., A.Z., E.H., H.P., A.A. and A.H. prepared the murder of Ar.H. and his close friends. In particular, they loaded the illegally acquired firearms, set up an ambush in the area called "Monument" in Vanadzor, after which they noticed a car similar to Ar.H.'s, but failed to complete the crime.

The investigation also revealed that Ar.H., being a person involved in the implementation of the goals pursued by a criminal subculture group and violating the conditions of house arrest selected against him within the framework of another criminal proceeding, participated in the above-mentioned actions and fired shots into the air from a firearm illegally kept with him.

The prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against 8 persons for attempted murder, preparation for murder, hooliganism, illegal possession of firearms, intentional harm to health, and involvement in a criminal subculture. Arrest was selected as a preventive measure against all the accused.
