As a result of the implementation of the motion of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region, the fence of the Sevan residence illegally constructed by Gagik Tsarukyan on a site located below the absolute elevation of Lake Sevan has been dismantled, while the claim for the protection of state interests concerning the residential houses and buildings and structures located in the coastal area of Lake Sevan and under the unlawful possession of “Multi Group Concern” LLC is pending before the court.

It should be recalled that, as a result of the implementation of the motions of the Prosecutor’s Office, from December 2025 to date, 205 illegally constructed main and non-main buildings and structures have been dismantled (demolished) on 70 land plots located in the coastal area of Lake Sevan below the absolute elevation, and 2 contracts have been terminated by the “Sevan National Park” SNCO.
