The Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court with the demands to declare the auction for the 0.02 ha plot of land invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity regarding Chambarak community in the scope of the authority to initiate a claim for the state interests protection.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of July 21, 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted.

According to the decision the auction was declared invalid, and as a consequence of the invalidity of the auction, the land sale agreement signed between Chambarak community and an individual on May 31, 2013 and the state registration of ownership rights based on the agreement were declared invalid.

The 0.02 hectare plot of land will be returned to Chambarak community after the verdict enters into legal force.
