The Anti-Corruption Court has admitted for examination another lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office seeking the confiscation of assets of illicit origin.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of IIlicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office has asked the court to confiscate, in favor of the Republic of Armenia, from Armine Hayrapetyan /father’s name: Benjamin/ former director of “Yerevan Kindergarten No. 110” SNCO, and persons affiliated with her:

·         1 real estate;

·         1 vehicle;

·         AMD 51,544,000, representing the remaining balance of illicit funds;

·         AMD 77,551,000, which is not substantiated by the person’s lawful income, is of illicit origin, has been transferred to a bona fide purchaser, or cannot be identified and confiscated.
