In the result of prosecutorial intervention, the land plot with an area of 0.1280 ha located in Ararat town park was returned to the community

The Prosecutor's Office of Ararat Region, within the framework of the authority to protect state (community) interests, examined the documents on the allocation of land plots located in Ararat town park to various persons.

In the result of the study, among other things, it was found that the former Head of Ararat community A. B., violating the requirements of Article 77, Part 1 of the Land Code, allocated the land plot with an area of ​​0.1280 ha located at Shahumyan 36/5, Ararat town, with the right to development for a period of 99 years on April 18, 2008 to an individual. The latter sold the right to development to another individual.

The prosecutor has addressed a petition to the Head of Ararat community to take measures to terminate the development right signed between Ararat community and the developer on April 18, 2008.

Based on the petition, as a result of the measures taken by the competent bodies of Ararat Municipality, on June 18, 2026, the registered development right for a land plot located at Shahumyan 36/5, Ararat city, with an area of ​​0.1280 ha with the cadastral value of AMD 2 million 403 thousand, was terminated at the Cadastre Committee.
