On 15 December 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against the Alaverdi community of Lori region and an individual, demanding to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded on 2 February 2017 and to apply the consequences of invalidity.

On 6 October 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office. The sale and purchase agreement concluded on 2 February 2017 concerning the land plot with an area of 784.6 sq. m occupied by the kindergarten building, the structure with an area of 57.3 sq. m, and fences with areas of 26.52 sq. m and 12.77 sq. m, located in the Odzun settlement of the Alaverdi community of Lori region, was declared invalid. As one of the consequences of invalidity, i.a., the state registration of the ownership right in the name of the individual in respect of the aforementioned properties was also declared invalid. The cadastral value of the properties is AMD 1,888,000.

Once the judgment enters into legal force, the former kindergarten building and land plot located in the Odzun settlement will be returned to the Alaverdi community of Lori region.
