As a result of the investigations conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of Lori Region, with the mediation of the Lori Regional Administration, it was found out that the 22 entities renting and actually owning the areas of Hrant Matevosyan Park in Vanadzor are using them in violation of contracts and without purposes. As a result, the park was left in an unorganized state.

As a result of the investigations conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of Lori Region, a petition was sent to Vanadzor Community Administration to terminate the lease and contracts signed with the above-mentioned 22 entities.

As a result of the petition, on July 3, 2026, the lease right of the legal entity to another land plot located at the park area at 25-1/4 K. Demirchyan Street, with an area of ​​1346 square meters and a cadastral value of AMD 14 million 151 thousand, approximated to the market value, was terminated. The land plot was returned to the community.
