A pasture of 5.03766 hectares, the property of the community, was returned to Amasia community of Shirak region in the result of the prosecutor's intervention.

 In particular, the Prosecutor's Office of Shirak Region, within the framework of the authority to protect state (community) interests, having studied the evidence obtained in the criminal proceedings examined by the Investigative Committee, according to which the head of Amasia community of the Shirak Region, J. H., by violating the requirements of the Land Code, alienated an agricultural pasture of 5.03766 ha located in Bandivan settlement of Amasia community to an individual on October 20, 2020, addressed a petition to the head of Amasia community, demanding to take measures to return the above-mentioned land to Amasia community and to terminate its illegal possession.

 In the result of the measures taken on the basis of the petition, on July 30, 2026, the ownership right of Amasia community to the agricultural pasture of 5.03766 ha in Bandivan settlement was registered at the Cadastre Committee.
