AMD 6 Billion 666 Million 631 thousand recovered to the Recovered Funds Unified Account and the Taxpayer’s Unified Account through criminal proceedings in the first half of 2026: Prosecutor General’s Office
Pursuant to the Government Decision of 5 December 2024, the Prosecutor General’s Office has summarized the data on monetary funds recovered through criminal proceedings to the Recovered Funds Unified Account and the Taxpayer’s Unified Account, as well as on monetary funds actually frozen as property.
Thus:
From the date of its launch, 5 December 2024, through 30 June 2026, AMD 22 billion 290 million was transferred to the Recovered Funds Unified Account, whereof AMD 1 billion 169 million 212 thousand was transferred during the first half of 2026.
During the first half of 2026, AMD 5 billion 497 million 419 thousand was transferred to the Taxpayer’s Unified Account.
As of 30 June 2026, the total amount of monetary funds actually frozen as property in ongoing criminal proceedings investigated by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia amounted to AMD 141 million 316 thousand (no funds were frozen during the first half of 2026).
As of 30 June 2026, the total amount of monetary funds actually frozen as property in ongoing criminal proceedings investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia amounted to AMD 110 million 132 thousand, EUR 21,945, USD 10 million 145 thousand, and CZK 87 thousand (AMD 1 million 383 thousand was frozen during the first half of 2026).
