The Anti-Corruption Court, by its ruling of June 23, 2026, granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and declared invalid the purchase and sale agreement for a land plot with an area of ​​261.5 square meters, located at 61/11 Tsarav Aghbyur Street, Yerevan, signed on December 23, 2012.

Considering that there is an impossibility of returning the said land plot, after the ruling enters into legal force, as a bilateral restitution, the individual will return to the state the difference in market value at the time of acquisition of the property, which is AMD 2 million 490 thousand.
