During the 1st half of 2026, the amount of money recovered to the state and community in Syunik Region on the ground of claims for the protection of state and community interests and final judicial acts amounted to AMD 54 million 398 thousand.

 The amount of money recovered for damage caused to the state, community, organizations with state and community participation through criminal proceedings, as well as through the use of prosecutorial measures, amounted to AMD 82 million 354 thousand.

 In particular, during the 1st half of 2026, among other things, based on claims for the protection of state and community interests and final judicial acts, 6 land plots with an area of ​​7.13244 ha and a cadastral value of AMD 1 million 416 thousand were returned to Meghri community. During the same period, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, within the framework of the protection of state and community interests, 5 plots of land with an area of ​​0.26912 ha and 5 plots of land with approximate market value of AMD 5 million 152 thousand were returned to Kapan and Sisian communities in the V. Sargsyan Park and the May 28 Park.

 During the 1st half of 2026, Prosecutor's Office of Syunik Region submitted 38 criminal proceedings with indictments for serious crimes to the court, and 6 criminal proceedings with especially serious crimes.

 54 indictments for serious crimes and 9 indictments for especially serious crimes entered into legal force.
