The Prosecutor's Office of Tavush Region, within the framework of its authority to initiate a claim for the protection of state interests, filed claims with the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals mandatory demanding terminate the right to develop land plots located in the territory of Dilijan National Park, with an area of 0.5 hectares and 1.25 hectares, with a cadastral value of AMD 119 million 600 thousand, approximated to the market value.
By the judgments of the Anti-Corruption Court of July 22 and 24, 2026, the claims of the Prosecutor's Office of Tavush Region have been granted.
After the verdicts enter into legal force, the right to develop the land plots will be terminated, and the land plots of 0.5 ha and 1.25 ha located in the territory of Dilijan National Park will be returned to the possession of the Republic of Armenia.
