During the 1st half of 2026, the amount of money recovered to the state and community through final judicial acts in lawsuits for the protection of state and community interests has amounted to AMD 3 million 217 thousand in Gegharkunik region.

 The amount of money recovered from the damage caused to the state, community, and organizations having state and community participation through criminal proceedings, as well as through the use of prosecutorial influence measures, amounted to AMD 8 million 799 thousand.

 In particular, within the framework of the examination of the claims submitted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik Region, an agricultural plot of land with an area of ​​1.30196 ha in Dprabak settlement and an agricultural plot of land with an area of ​​2.11669 ha in Ttujur settlement were returned to the Chambarak community.

 During the 1st half of 2026, the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik Region submitted 23 criminal proceedings to the court with 23 indictments of grave crime and 3 criminal proceedings with particularly crime.  

 6 guilty verdicts for grave crimes and 4 guilty verdicts for particularly grave crimes entered into legal force.
