A 67-hectare land plot in Dilijan worth of 12.4 million USD has been returned to the Republic of Armenia

On December 26, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against the Fund, a third party, a CJSC, demanding the compulsory termination of the right to continue developing the land plot.

By the verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court of June 15, 2026, the settlement agreement signed between the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Fund was approved, by which the Fund was returned to the Republic of Armenia a 67-hectare land plot of “specially protected areas” with the purpose and “environmental” operational significance located in the Dilijan community of Tavush region.

The cadastral value, which is approximated to the market value of the land, is AMD 4 billion 578 million 981 thousand (12 million 436 thousand US dollars).

The decision has entered into legal force.
