On December 27, 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against the LLC, a third party, CJSC, with a demand to forcibly terminate the registration of ownership rights made in 2025 regarding 3 land plots with an area of ​​5.9 ha.

By its judgment of July 31, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court approved the settlement agreement concluded between the Prosecutor General's Office, LLC and CJSC, as a result of which 3 agricultural land plots with an area of ​​1.17033 ha, 2.34555 ha and 2.39092 ha will be returned to Berd community of Tavush Region.

The judgment has entered into legal force. State registration of the right to property is underway.
