On March 11, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against a private individual, demanding the termination of the individual’s construction right over a 0.04 ha land plot located at 1/30 Valansi Street, Ijevan. The cadastral value of the land, approximated to market value, is AMD 2 million 730 thousand.
By the verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court dated March 16, 2026, the Prosecutor General’s claim was granted. The court terminated the private individual’s construction right over the land at 1/30 Valans street.
The mentioned verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court has entered into legal force.
Based on the Prosecutor General’s Office application, on May 5, 2026, the Cadastre Committee terminated the individual’s construction right over the land plot; the land was returned to the Ijevan community.
Thus, as of today, the following properties in the city park area of Ijevan community, Tavush region, have been returned to the community:
In addition, as a result of prosecutorial action, a 0.03 ha land plot adjacent to the fountains of the city park has also been returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
