On March 11, 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against a natural person, a third party with a demand to terminate the individual's right to develop a plot of land with an area of ​​0.0012 hectares located at 18/2 Ijevan's Theater Street, Ijevan Community, Tavush Region.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of February 24, 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted. The decision terminated the individual's right to develop a plot of land located at 18/2 Ijevan's Theater Street.

The decision of the Anti-Corruption Court has entered into legal force.

On the ground of the application of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Cadastre Committee terminated the individual's right to develop the land plot on April 21, 2026. The land plot was returned to the Ijevan community.
