On March 10, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against a private individual, with the Ijevan community of Tavush region involved as a third party, demanding to terminate the development right over an 18 sq. m. land plot located at 18/3 Taterakan street.

By the verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court dated January 26, 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office was granted. The court terminated the private individual’s development right over the 18 sq. m. land plot located at 18/3 Taterakan street in Ijevan.

The verdict of the Anti-Corruption Court has entered into legal force.

Based on the application of the Prosecutor General’s Office, on March 19, 2026, the Cadastre Committee terminated the private individual’s development right over the land plot. The land plot has been returned to the Ijevan community.
