On October 17, 2025, the Department for the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against the Alaverdi community and 4 individuals, demanding to declare invalid the purchase and sale agreement concluded on February 1, 2014, and to apply the consequences of its invalidity.

By its decision of March 3, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court approved the settlement agreement concluded between the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Alaverdi community and the four individuals.

As a result of the settlement agreement, a 77.87 sq.m. apartment in Building 5 on Tumanyan Street will be returned to the Alaverdi community of Lori region.
