In the result of the decisions made on claims filed by the Prosecutor's Office under the exclusive authority to file a claim for the protection of state (municipal) interests concluded in accordance with settlements, and as a result of the application of prosecutorial interactions, in 2025 the ownership of the state (community) was restored, as well as in the actual possession of the State (community Property of cadastral value equivalent to the market value of AMD 66 billion 934 million was returned, including kindergartens, a cultural center, a stadium, a natural monument, parks, land plots, and monetary means.

Lori region:
Land plot with an area of 0.07 ha located at 1/1, street 2, Jrashen settlement, Spitak community, Lori region. Approximate cadastral value: AMD 554 thousand.
In Gyulagarak community of Lori region, land with an area of 0.45 ha with a cadastral value of AMD 305 thousand, land with an area of 0.39 ha with a cadastral value of AMD 385 thousand, land with an area of 0.13 ha with a cadastral value of AMD 50 thousand, land with an area of 0.7 ha with a cadastral value of AMD 1 million 75 thousand.
Vayots Dzor region
2 plots of land located at the addresses of plot 6, Street 29, Getap village, Yeghegnadzor Community, Vayots Dzor region, and plot 4, Street 29, Getap village, each with an area of 800 square meters. Approximate market value: AMD 976 thousand.

The unused building of a kindergarten with an area of 891.1 square meters located at 34 Shahumyan Street, Dilijan community, Tavush region. The estimated cadastral value is AMD 85 million 935 thousand.

The kindergarten building and the land area of 0.26466 ha located at 14 Baghramyan Street, Jrashen community, Ararat region. The estimated cadastral value is AMD 17 million 865 thousand.
Gegharkunik region
The plots of land with an area of 0.2967 ha, 1.303 ha, 3.2104 ha, and 0.8041 ha in Gavar community, Gegharkunik region. The estimated market value of the land plot is AMD 69 million 727 thousand.
The total area of the land plot in Gavar community, Gegharkunik region, with an area of 40.6 ha. The estimated market value of the land plot with an area of 35 ha is AMD 434 million 700 thousand, the estimated market value of the land plot with an area of 5.6 ha is AMD 69 million 727 thousand.
The 6.5 ha land plot of the Martuni stadium in Gegharkunik region. The estimated market value of the land plot is AMD 123 million 224 thousand.
Syunik region
The 4.16 ha land plot at Syunik village 25, Kapan community, Syunik region. The estimated market value of the land plot is AMD 32 million 947 thousand.
