On March 11, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against an individual, demanding to terminate their development rights over a 19 sq. m land parcel located at 18 Tategakan Street, Ijevan community, Tavush Region.
The claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office was granted based on the the Anti-Corruption Court’s decision of November 1, 2025. The decision terminated the individual’s development rights over the 19 sq. m land parcel at 18 Tategakan Street, Ijevan. The court decision has entered into legal force.
Based on the motion of the Prosecutor General’s Office, on December 29, 2025, the Cadastre Committee terminated the individual’s development rights over the land parcel and the latter was returned to the Ijevan community.
It should be recalled that the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed 16 claims with the Anti-Corruption Court demanding to terminate the development rights over land parcels located in the Ijevan city park area and return them to the Ijevan community.
As a result, the following properties in the Ijevan city park area of the Ijevan community, Tavush Region, have been returned to the community:
In addition, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, a 0.03 ha land parcel adjacent to the fountains in the Ijevan city park has also been returned to the community’s possession and use.
