At the initiative of the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office, 16 claims were filed with the Anti-Corruption Court, for termination of the development rights over land plots located within the area of the city park of Ijevan community in the Tavush region and for returning those plots to the Ijevan community.

• Within the framework of one of the above-mentioned claims, on June 12, 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court rendered a decision partially granting the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office, terminating the development right of a private individual over a 350.1 square meter land plot located at 18/7 Taterakan street, Ijevan community, Tavush region. The decision has entered into legal force. The approximate cadastral value of the land plot is AMD 2,392,000.
• Within the framework of another of the above-mentioned claims, on August 13, 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court rendered a decision completely granting the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office, terminating the development right of a private individual over a 19.8 square meter land plot located at 18/5 Taterakan street, Ijevan community, Tavush region. The decision has entered into legal force. The approximate cadastral value of the land plot is AMD 135,000.

Thus, in total, the following properties located within the area of the Ijevan community city park in the Tavush region have been returned to the Ijevan community:

• A land plot of 350.1 sq. m., located at 18/7 Taterakan street;
• A land plot of 19.8 sq. m., located at 18/5 Taterakan street;
• A land plot of 0.06 ha, located at 1/29 Valance street;
• A land plot of 0.001 ha, located at 1/62 Ankakhutyun street;
• A land plot of 436.8 sq. m., located at 1/54 Ankakhutyun street;
• A land plot of 1,500 sq. m., located at 1/41 Ankakhutyun street;
• A land plot of 0.03 ha, located at 18/6 Ankakhutyun street;
• A land plot of 0.03 ha, located at 1/27 Valance street;
• A land plot of 0.0605 ha, located at 1/29 Valance street;
• A land plot of 0.00198 ha, located at 1/62 Ankakhutyun street.

In addition, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, a land plot of 0.03 ha, adjacent to the city park’s fountains, has been returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
