In the scope of the working visit paid to the Republic of Singapore, on September 8, 2025, Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia met with Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mojeb, Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Let us remind that Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia paid a working visit to the Republic of Singapore to participate in the 30^th Annual Conference and General Meeting of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP). Anna Vardapetyan was elected as a candidate for a member of Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors during the 59^th meeting of the Executive Committee, held in Buenos Aires on April 08, 2025. The member of the Executive Committee shall be elected during the meeting.

Anna Vardapetyan thanked the Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the initiation of a bilateral meeting in the scope of the Annual Conference of the International Association of Prosecutors and highlighted that IAP conference also provides an opportunity to have a dialogue and to strengthen the relations between the law enforcement authorities. In this context RA Prosecutor General highlighted that there is a great potential to enhance international-legal cooperation in the scope of criminal cases between two countries.

During the meeting Prosecutor Generals of two countries referred to several issues of mutual interest and discussed prospects for developing the cooperation.
