On March 11, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted statements of claims to the Anti-Corruption court against 2 natural persons and the third person, with the requirement to terminate the site development rights over the land plot with the surface of 0.03 ha located at 18/6 Ankakhutyun Str., Ijevan community, Tavush region, with the cadastral value of AMD 2 million 200 thousand (approximated to the market value) and the land plot located at 1/27 Valans Str., with the surface of 0.03 ha and with the cadastral value of AMD 2 million 400 thousand (approximated to the market value).

The Anti-Corruption courts, by its decisions dated June 12, 2025, awarded the claims of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the site development right of physical persons were terminated.

The abovementioned decisions of the Anti-corruption court entered into legal force.

As a result, terminations of site development rights over the abovementioned land plots were registered by the Cadastre Committee on August 5 and 6, 2025 and the land plots were returned to Ijevan community.
