During the first quarter of 2025, in the scope of protection of the state and community interests (under the final judicial acts), property claim in the amount of AMD 33.9 million was awarded in Gegharkunik region, wherefrom AMD 3 million has already been transferred to the state budget. 

During the same period damage in the amount of AMD 14.3 million was recovered under the criminal proceedings.

The Prosecutor General’s Office has already informed that in the scope of the criminal proceedings, based on the written motion submitted by the prosecutor, the ownership right of Martuni community of Gegharkunik region was recovered over the land plot of the stadium with the surface of 6.5 ha, located at 22 Getapnya 2^nd street. The cadastral value of the land plot approximated to the market value amounted to AMD 123 million 224 thousand equivalent to USD 320 thousand.
